Narlene Carter-Keenan has been a full-time licensed realtor since 1987. She has increasingly successful real estate sales experience, in both new and existing residences. Ms. Carter-Keenan has represented tract and condominium developers, as well as upscale custom home developers and estate owners here on the Central Coast. Ms. Carter-Keenan has worked with buyers ranging from first-time purchasers, where her experience in lending transactions has been especially helpful, to experienced real estate investors. The winner of a number of individual sales and professional achievement awards, Narlene was also a competitive women's soccer player, which has contributed to her sense of dedication and commitment in business. Ms. Carter-Keenan is married with 2 children, and co-founded The Keenan-Carter Group in 2001.
